Introduced for the 2025 model year, the seventh generation of Munich’s definitive high-performance executive sedan (G90 generation) marks a defining transition by integrating an electrified M HYBRID powertrain derived from BMW M’s endurance racing programs. Captured in 1/43 scale by TrueScale, the G90 is characterized by its wide, muscular stance (+75 mm wider front track and +48 mm wider rear haunches than the standard 5 Series), aggressive front fascia with prominent angular cooling apertures, illuminated BMW Iconic Glow kidney contours, aerodynamic twin-stalk mirrors, exposed carbon-fiber roof, and a deep rear aero diffuser flanked by quad 100 mm black exhaust tips.

At the core of the G90 is an electrified drivetrain pairing a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 (S68) producing 585 hp with a 197 hp electric motor integrated inside the 8-speed M Steptronic transmission, supported by an 18.6 kWh net battery pack. Combined output reaches 727 horsepower and 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft) of torque. Managed by the rear-biased M xDrive all-wheel-drive system (featuring a switchable rear-wheel-drive 2WD mode) and standard 4-wheel active steering, the G90 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds (0-200 km/h in 10.9 seconds) and hits a top speed of 305 km/h (190 mph) with the optional M Driver’s Package, alongside up to 67 km of purely electric range.
