1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, at the time of ordering, the specific terms of sale displayed on this page, as well as the buyer’s guide, shipping and returns policy, and privacy policy, and expressly accepts them without reservation.
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Miniboutik and its customers, and both parties accept them without reservation. These terms take precedence over any other conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise agreed in advance, expressly, and in writing.
2. Products
The photographs illustrating the products are for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. In the event of an error in such images, Miniboutik cannot be held liable. Prices displayed are also subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders
Automatic order registration systems are considered valid proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. Miniboutik will confirm acceptance of the order by email to the address provided by the customer. The sale is deemed concluded only upon confirmation of the order.
Miniboutik reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing payment dispute related to a previous order. The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details provided; in case of an error, Miniboutik cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver the product.
Ordering an item not yet available automatically converts the purchase into a reservation.
4. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros. The prices shown on product pages do not include shipping. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, inclusive of all applicable taxes. This price includes the cost of the products, handling, packaging, and storage fees, as well as any applicable shipping or commissioning costs.
5. Payment
The price invoiced to the customer is the amount indicated in the order confirmation sent by Miniboutik. An item is payable in full as soon as it becomes available. Payment is made by credit card. An order is considered effective only once the relevant banking payment centers have approved the transaction.
In the event of refusal, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer informed by email. Miniboutik reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer involved in a dispute.
6. Disputes
This contract is governed by Belgian law. Miniboutik cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind—material, immaterial, or bodily—resulting from improper use or malfunction of the products sold. The same applies to modifications made by manufacturers.
In any event, Miniboutik’s liability is limited to the amount of the order and cannot be invoked for minor errors or omissions despite all precautions taken in product presentation.
In case of difficulty in applying these terms, the buyer may, before taking legal action, seek an amicable solution via a trade association, consumer group, or adviser of their choice.
Seeking an amicable solution does not suspend statutory warranty time limits.
Disputes or complaints will always be handled with goodwill, and customers who take the time to explain their situation are presumed to be acting in good faith. In absence of an amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the Commercial Court of Nivelles, regardless of the delivery location or accepted payment method.
7. Warranty
In all cases, Miniboutik cannot be held responsible for any non‑compliance with regulations in force in the recipient’s country. Liability is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, at its sale date, without recourse against the brand or manufacturer.
For any issue, you may contact Customer Service Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM at +32 25 02 37 73 or by email at office@miniboutik.com.
8. Legal Notice
Providing personal information requested for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, as it is essential for processing orders, delivering products, and creating invoices and warranty contracts. Failure to provide such information may result in the cancellation of the order.
Customers have the right to access, modify, correct, and delete their personal data by contacting Miniboutik directly. Miniboutik commits not to share customer details with any third party, whether free of charge or for consideration.
