Terms and conditions of use
1. Are all items listed in stock?
With the exception of pre‑order items, all products shown are available either directly from us or from our respective suppliers, in which case an additional lead time applies (see question 12). However, an item may become permanently out of stock at any time.
2. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged only for items available directly from us. This means that if you order several items, some may be charged immediately and others not. Before the parcel is shipped, your credit card will also be charged for shipping costs if applicable.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer, and PayPal (upon request) as payment methods.
4. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are shown in your shopping cart at the final step of the order process. These costs vary depending on the destination country and the value of the parcel contents at the time of shipment. Shipping is free under certain conditions. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
5. Do I pay shipping if my order is over €160?
We automatically ship a parcel as soon as you qualify for free shipping. We can also send already‑paid items on request, even if other items are still pending. In that case, shipping fees may apply.
6. What shipping method do you use?
All parcels are shipped via Belgian Post using priority registered mail. Your parcel will require a signature upon delivery.
7. What is the delivery time for a parcel?
A one‑week delivery time is common, starting from the day the parcel is marked as shipped. However, delivery also depends on the service quality of your country’s postal system.
8. What are the benefits of ordering a soon‑to‑be‑released item?
You pay a lower price and are guaranteed to receive it as soon as it becomes available. In addition, your credit card will only be charged when the item is in stock with us.
9. How will I be kept informed about my order status?
Every time your order status changes, you will receive an email notification. You can also view your full order history by logging into your account with your email address and password.
10. I want to change my order. How can I do that?
To add or replace an item, you must place a new order for the item you want. However, to remove an item, a simple email request is sufficient.
11. I forgot my password. What should I do?
You can request a new password, which will be sent to you within the hour. Please make sure to respect case‑sensitivity (upper‑ and lower‑case letters) when entering it.
12. I no longer want a paid but undelivered item. Can I get a refund?
In such a case, an administrative fee of 5% of the item’s value will be charged. To avoid these fees, you may request a store credit for the full value of the unwanted item.
