The Ferrari 499P no. 50 of Ferrari AF Corse, driven by Antonio Fuoco, Miguel Molina and Nicklas Nielsen, won the 2024 24 Hours of Le Mans overall in the Hypercar class, giving Ferrari its eleventh Le Mans victory and a historic back‑to‑back success. The car led the race for 72 laps and crossed the finish line first after 311 laps, ahead of the Toyota no. 7, in front of a record crowd of more than 329,000 spectators.
Throughout the race, the no. 50 crew had to cope with changing weather, safety‑car phases and strong pressure from rivals, as well as late‑race issues such as a door problem, yet managed to control the closing stages to secure the win. With the sister 499P no. 51 finishing third, Ferrari sealed a double podium and underlined the competitiveness of the 499P Hypercar in the World Endurance Championship.
