The Jordan 191 was the first Formula 1 car fielded by Jordan Grand Prix in 1991. Designed by Gary Anderson, it gained recognition for its elegant lines and promising performance. At the 1991 Italian Grand Prix in Monza, Roberto Moreno replaced Michael Schumacher, who had moved to Benetton. Qualifying 17th, Moreno finished the race in 10th place, after a steady drive against strong competition. This result contributed to Jordan's respectable 5th place in the Constructors’ Championship during its debut F1 season.
