The Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R No. 2, entered by Johor Motorsports Racing, competed in the 2025 Suzuka 1000 km, a prestigious round of the Intercontinental GT Challenge. Driven by Alexander Sims, Nicky Catsburg and Scott McLaughlin, the team put in a strong performance throughout the race against fierce competition from top BMW and Porsche squads. After bravely defending their position in the closing laps, the Corvette secured a historic third-place finish for the American manufacturer at the iconic Japanese circuit.
