SPARK S8062 Cooper T53 n°30 lan Burgess Nürburgring 1961

The Cooper T53 #30 driven by Ian Burgess competed in the 1961 German Grand Prix on the challenging Nürburgring circuit. In this rain-soaked race, Burgess qualified 24th and finished 12th after completing 14 of the 15 laps, one lap behind winner Stirling Moss (Lotus-Climax). Although the start was tough, Burgess managed to bring his Cooper T53 across the finish line, demonstrating the British single-seater’s reliability within the Formula 1 field that year.​
