The 1983 European Grand Prix at Brands Hatch saw Thierry Boutsen driving the Arrows A6 no.30 for the Arrows Racing Team, powered by the Ford Cosworth DFV V8 engine.

​With the car being outclassed by the front-running teams, Boutsen spent the race in the lower midfield and did not challenge for points, fitting into a tough 1983 season in which he scored no world championship points with the Arrows A6.
