Manufacturer / Reference: SPARK S7071 — March 240 Press Car March-Ford 1976
Spark presents a high-detail 1/43 resin scale model (reference S7071) of the iconic March 240 six-wheeled experimental car, powered by the Ford Cosworth DFV V8, in its original "Press Car" launch livery as unveiled in late 1976 at the Bicester factory. Designed by Robin Herd, this innovative prototype differed from the Tyrrell P34 concept by utilizing two powered rear axles with four standard-sized wheels rather than four small steering wheels at the front. Unveiled to the media in this striking blue and white livery, the March 240 was engineered to maximize traction and minimize aerodynamic drag, remaining one of the most famous technical experiments in Formula 1 history.
