Spark presents a high-detail 1/43 resin scale model of the Ecurie Ecosse #6 Jaguar D-Type, powered by the 3.0-liter straight-six engine as driven by British racer Jack Fairman and American driver Masten Gregory at the 1958 24 Hours of Le Mans. Finished in the Scottish team's iconic Flag Blue Metallic livery with white cross-nose stripes, the car lined up for a race plagued by torrential downpours. Unfortunately, Fairman and Gregory suffered a very early retirement during the 1st hour of the race following a sudden engine failure.
