Spark presents a high-detail 1/43 resin scale model of the factory Officine Alfieri Maserati #15 Maserati 300S, powered by the 3.0-liter straight-six engine as driven by Argentine racer Roberto Mières and Italian driver Cesare Perdisa at the 1955 24 Hours of Le Mans. Starting from 17th on the grid, the car showed good initial pace before suffering an early retirement during the 3rd hour (completing 24 laps) due to a water plug failure that caused severe engine overheating.
